This intersection asset provides a neighbourhood which is modular and easy to connect. This city block makes it easier for you to build your city and has great traffic flow as well. In the middle of the district there is a square shaped roundabout, the 6x6 empty space is the perfect spot for a park or service building.

This design does NOT include pavement or bicycle paths, because of 2 reasons:
- you do not need to own the "After Dark" DLC to use this intersection
- this intersection is available to you from the first second you start building your new city.
