This intersection asset provides a neighbourhood which is modular and easy to connect. This city block makes it easier for you to build your city and has great traffic flow as well. In the middle of the district there is a square shaped roundabout, the 6x6 empty space is the perfect spot for a park or service building.

This design does include pavement or bicycle paths, consider that you need the following to use this asset:
- you need to own the "After Dark" DLC
- you need reach a population of 1200 in your city before this asset becomes available.
