This intersection asset provides a neighbourhood which is modular and easy to connect. This city block makes it easier for you to build your city and has great traffic flow as well. In the middle of the district there is a roundabout for even better traffic flow.

This design does NOT include pavement or bicycle paths, because of 2 reasons:
- you do NOT need to own the "After Dark" DLC
- you do NOT need to reach a population of 1200 in your city before this asset becomes available.
