Not as good as the first, does some things better, some things worse. But again needs fiddling to work (If you have a 13900k) - Go into Task Manager and before game boots up, remove 1 core and it works fine.

Lara Croft and the temple of Orisis is a very different game then your typical tomb raiders games.

you have a tomb down camera , options for local multiplayers and a game focused more on fast paced actions and reflex based puzzle solving rather then explorations.

visually this game is a feast and put a good ammount of emphasis on it's lightning effects as you can light up your torch and enjoy it's warm orange glow that allow you to see your surrounding better or the cold blue from your magical staffs that trigger various effects inside each games levels.

the levels design is well , the challenges feel balanced and even when you die the game has fairly well placed checkpoints to minimize the frustrations. you also collect gems that allow you to open chest in order to get rings and relics that give you bonus like more damage , larger explosions and other stats related effects , some of the common items also have negative effects that counter balance their positive one.

it's a short but enjoyable game.
