Context for the below comment:

- Random 1: On hook
- Me: In the vicinity of the hook for a save
- Random 2: On gen
- VixensWolves: On different gen

The killer then finds me and begins chase, resulting in me being unable to unhook. I run them across the map, giving the other two survivors plenty of time to unhook. Let's see what everyone is up to in the game, about 30 seconds into my chase:

- Random 1: Still on hook
- Me: In chase
- Random 2 Still on gen
- VixensWolves: Still on gen

As it happens, the direction I ran the killer was towards Vixens' gen. How unfortunate for them. Average DBD soloQ moment, really...

But, even with me being hooked literal meters away from their gen, they stuck on it and tried to finish it off. Of course the killer then found them and downed them.

So to recap:

- Random 1: Still on hook. 2nd stage at this point
- Me: On hook
- Random 2: STILL on gen
- VixensWolves: On hook

The killer soon found Random 2, entering chase. Random 1 died on hook while this was occurring. While being chased, Random 2 saved me, I attempted to body block but it was too late. What is the next logical thing for the killer to do? Secure the 4k of course, so they then immediately chased me around the map. I did not make it back to Random 2 (since Vixen had sacrificed themselves on hook) and hence, that concludes the game.

Now I ask, what simple action could have resulted in us avoiding this entire situation? Ah! An unhook from one of the 2 unhelpful survivors that were on gens. I do find it funny how I am the one being blamed for the actions of the two reluctant teammates, when all I was doing was making the best of a bad situation.
