One of the best takes on the Vampire Survivors formula. Great visuals, nice & chill music, great gameplay with a lot to do except just kill enemies. The movement system is also much more interesting than other games in the genre. The only negative I can think of is that it is pretty hard, sometimes frustratingly so.

Put off playing this for a long time because I thought it looked kind of ugly, but the artstyle really grew on me as I played. The game is fantastic, invokes a detective feeling similar to Return of the Obra Dinn but honestly might even be better than that game, though not graphicswise. Highly recommended to anyone.

I mirror most people's sentiment that the first game is better, but this is still a great game, and it has loads of great puzzles. It's hard to follow up on a game that was so well received and this does a great job of it. I had some small frustrations with some of the puzzles, especially with the names in some of the later ones.

Feels like playing a good RTS without the increased blood pressure and adrenaline.

It's fun for a bit, but gets really repetitive once you've put a few hours in. There's nothing in game to indicate where you can find the items you need for recipes, so you just have to bumble around and hope you stumble into it or be forced to look it up on a wiki.

An alright time waster when you're listening to a podcast or something though

Great artstyle, great narration, but foremost great gameplay. Easily one of the most unique games to come out in a long time.

not many language games out there, this one was great, loved it. some puzzles and stealth sections were frustrating, but otherwise it's a great game

A game that spawned a genre

Feels great, feels 40k. Recommend not playing on Exterminatus difficulty. It's entirely doable, but the game is probably more enjoyable on Emperor's Mercy
