Little Red Lie is a bleak yet honest examination of our current existential crisis, formed slowly after the failures (or, I suppose, successes) of neoliberal politics. Two extremely well-written and believable scenarios, juxtaposed from one another to show both sides of failure - one, a woman attempting to carve out her own space in the shadow of her successful upper-middle class upbringing, the other, a crude self-help author on a meteoric, drug-induced downfall. They're nothing alike, but they share a singular goal: money, and will do anything, including lie to friends, family, and loved ones, to attain it.

It is not for the faint of heart, and it will not make you feel warm and fuzzy by the end of it, but it speaks with a frankness few games can claim. Little Red Lie will drag you through an emotional wringer and leave you asking questions about your own personal resolve to combat the darkest evils of capitalism.

Highly recommended.

Great little stories, well written characters, and a ton of heart.
