A very nice, "Hotline Miami"-like, gun focused, Matrix-styled, top down, bullet-hell, shooter.
Very much worth to get and to play though.
The story is rather skippable / nothing that will blow your mind, but the gameplay is amazing.
Quick replayability for when you die, and you can make it as hard or as easy as you want do to the "Bullet Time" a.k.a. slow motion style.
Feel like a bad-ass gunslinger that can clear an entire army with your top pistol skills.

About 4 hours to play though, about 8-12 to 100%, depending how good or bad you can exploit, I mean, use, the mechanics available to you.
An easy recommendation.

This is an easy recommendation.
Now, depending if you enjoyed RoboCop the Movie and have "nostalgia" or whatever you want to call it, this will be either a "good game" or an "above average".

if you have nostalgia for the Movie and what not, then this might even be a "very good game": a lot of easter eggs and movie references, amazing sound design, original RoboCop Voice Actor, top notch violence, the gameplay feels like you are actually playing RoboCop.

If you don't have nostalgia, the above still applies, as well as all the quick inserted ethical and moral questions - which are just 1 or 2 sentences and then never touched again -, the 80-90s humor, the dystopian visions and ideas about a "unchecked capitalism" and so on, BUT it might not be enough to make you enjoy the game that much.

If you saw the movie, this will feel "just like home", if not, you might linger for more development, more character development, more exposition and exploration of said ideas and feel like some dialogues, quests and situations are just badly done - which don't get me wrong, they are, but they feel just like the type of humor and delivery from the movie period -.

With that said, the shooting / gameplay mechanics are not anything special, nothing pratically new, so as a FPS, the game is just very lacking. Same in the other departments, be it "detective" or any other "puzzle" like elements.

The only major downside of the game, imho, is the lack of manual saves, you are bond to the - sometimes very much apart from one another - checkpoint system.

About 20 hours for a run while checking every nook and spot, about 8 hours for the main story only.

So, an easy recommendation, but this game will either be "an amazing homage to the original" or "an average FPS" depending on how much other media knowledge and "nostalgia" you have.

A very simple, stealth-light game.
The challenge isn't that high, but it also doesn't overstay it's welcome.

The visual style and sound design are nice, but nothing that will blow your mind.

As the game says itself, you cleaning up after murders - nice movie references are present, the story is very much skip-able, and getting 100% achievements isn't that hard, taking between 4 -8 hours, so use that for your money / fun ratio.

All in all, I would still recommend the game mainly for any of those times where you just want a quick game instead of a time sink and don't want to stress out about min-maxing gameplay, but also don't want something that is too passive.

What an *amazing* game!
If you enjoy puzzles, deduction, logic or detective gameplay, just grab it.
If you seen "Arrival", the game will feel just right at home.
If you haven't, go watch it, and then get into the roll of becoming a translator, understanding that languages are much more then words, and meaning and ideas define how you speak.

It's up there with "Retun to Obra Dinn" as one of my favourite "puzzle" games.

Amazing style, impressive sound design, and even thought the gameplay is "simple", you will most probably enjoy every puzzle and challenge that comes your way.

At about 10 hours for a full 100% achievement rate, use that for your € / hour, and even though the game can only be played "once", it's one of those games that you kinda wish you could delete your memories of it after you are done, just so you could experience it for the first time all over again.

An easy recommendation.

A souls-like if souls games had training wheels for the entire duration of the game.
Like Sekiro, but instead you had loving parents.

Graphics, sound, gameplay, comedy, everything about the game is in the "good" realm.
The only major issue is the duration, since the game has only 4 missions, and even going for 100% achievements is more of a repeat / loop gameplay then new content.
Takes less then 3 hours to do the main story, about 10-20 hours to 100%.

Would still recommend this game if you can grab it for a good price and / or want a very simple and easier souls-like - but satisfying - combat.

One of those games I wish I could forget and play again for the first time.

Solving all the questions the game will put your way, deducting who what and when is just an amazing experience.
Stellar sound design, amazing puzzles, even if sometimes there is things that you might not find very enjoyable due to the general pace of the game or art design.

Either way, you will still have a blast finding out what happened in the Obra Dinn and you will, most probably, regret you can only experience it, truly, once.

So, this mostly depends on *why* you want to play games. If you want to play because you enjoy cats and like cyberpunk stories, grab it. If you want to play because of actual gameplay, then don't.

The gameplay is very, very, *very* basic, there is little to no challenge, no new - or interesting - mechanics, so, as a game, it's clearly subpar.

But if you enjoy the thematic / topic, you want a semi-interesting story but that doesn't go to deep topics, enjoy watching cute cats and animations and in general are okay with visuals being like 90% of the entire game, then it's a solid purchase.

About 6-8 hours to complete, about 10 for 100%, so do consider that together with the lack of actual gameplay.

Still, a solid recommendation to be shared with someone, ideally if they aren't that experienced with games in general.

What a *great* game!
Either you enjoyed Dark Souls - and other souls-like games - or you didn't, you owe it to yourself to at least try Lies of P.
It's like if Bloodborne and Dark Souls (and a bit of Sekiro) had a magnificent baby with it's own character and personality.

From a great combat system, stellar Music, amazing graphics, amazing boss fights, - actual - story, gameplay and game feel, this is one of the best soul-like games out there, I would dare to say, even better that many of the games from FromSoftware (Ultrawide support, unlocked FPS, amazing hit detection boxes, again, an actual story delivery).

Around 20-35 hours to complete, more if you go for multiple runs, and *huge* replayability if you want - only parry run, only dodge run, heavy build run, ninja run, the list goes on -.

If this is the quality of souls-like that NEOWIZ puts out, I can't wait for they next game on the "Lies of" IP.

A suberb game that everyone that enjoys action-adventure games should experience.

What a nice reverse-horror game. Have you ever "fantasied" about being the monster in the Horror Film?
Well, search no longer! In this rather quick (4-8 hours) game you will be just that!
Starting from escaping the lab where those puny humans tried to control and study you, recovering all your abilities and eventually being free.
Very nice atmosphere, good (even if simplistic) gameplay, nice sound design, and overall a good and short (in a good way, the mechanics would get old if the game was much longer) experience about being the monster instead of containing / fighting the monster.

Easy to recommend if you enjoy the type of game.

What an amazing game.

Think of Hotline Miami, but as a Ninja with some "time" mechanics.
The sound design / OST is amazing, the pixel art is great, the controls are top notch, the mechanics are simple but don't get old and the gameplay / gameloop is just *amazing*.

The story does seem to be deep / to go deeper, but sadly the game doesn't have an ending yet story wise, so have that in mind.
Either way it is an amazing experience, that should take just a few hours (2-6) to end but a lot more to master.

Would highly recommend it if you enjoy games like Hotline Miami, Mr. Shifter or similar.
