This is one of those games that while I will recommend, this is not a recommendation for everyone, and you should really consider the price for what you getting.

So, the game is visually amazing. The story itself is nice and the "multiple endings" add a bit of variety to it but not that much. But boy, is the combat system repetitive.
Once you unlock the finisher of Up + Light - Light - Light - Heavy you have seen everything there is to see for your own worthfull skills.
The enemies don't have the same rules of engagement as you, so between reloading canon shots in sub 2 seconds or infinite combos, it can become frustrating from time to time.

Doing 100% achievements isn't "ideal" per say, as in, for a few achievements you basically have one shot / no way to go back to a previous chapter, so you might as well just save scum when going for 100%, specifically in 2-3 achievements.

Expect about 4-6 hours for 1 playthough, 8-12 hours for 100%.
All in all, still very recommended much recommended if you buy it for a good price due to the visuals alone.

A very very nice remake / remaster.
Between the graphics, control and audio bumps, the game just feels amazing playing thought.

Not only that, it's not full with pointless "fluff" just to increase the playtime.
You get in, you get the game mechanics rather quickly and you just have a blast, well, Destroying all Humans.

The humor isn't as top notch, but that Is probably just the normal nature of things, we don't (hopefully) find fart jokes the best jokes ever written.

All in all, a very fun action adventure third person shoot gamer with some very nice / funny references, very good gameplay and control, amazing updated graphics and very nice sound design.

Expect about 13 to 20 hours of total gameplay, depending how much trouble you have completing all the Challenges if you go for the 100% completion.

A great open world, Zombie-killer game.

The gameplay loop is very well done, same as the world building, weapons, progression, audio / sound design and in general every aspect of the game is very, very, very well done.
Riding a bike in the zombie apocalypse never felt as good and the killing of hordes feels soooo right, better then I have experienced in another 3D Open World game.

It does suffer from the Ubisoft-issue of completing checkmarks on a map which turns repetitive quickly, but then again, the gameplay is so satisfying that it doesn't feel like grinding.

The story while it picks up nicely, in my personal opinion, it tries to go for too much, and you might also have the feeling that the game is coming to it's end without having time to properly close / address all it's opened topics, and you will be right.
Personally, I would still see the story, but don't expect to be blown away by it's story, mainly on the final act, it's seriously let down and ends with a "okay, I guess that's the end then". The ride there was very much enjoyable, even if it can't stick a proper landing.

Still, a great game that is easy to recommend.
Expect about 30-80 hours of gameplay depending how much you want to see (story vs complete almost every achievement), more if you plan on completing NG+ in higher difficulties / enjoy the Horde Killing.

Worth it for the riding / horde killing alone.

What a great game.
If you played the older Ratchet & Clank games on the Playstation 2 / 3 you already know what to expect and this would definitely be a recommendation.

If not, it's a very nice, good for all-family, upbeat action / platformer game with stunning visuals and the high level of polish and quality that we got used to from Insomniacs Games.
Now, the game has very little replayability, as in, if you play it once you will have seen 99% of what it has to offer, and it has to be said that if you don't want to watch the cinematics - why would you want to skip them though?! - the game will be on the shorter side.

With that said, if you want a very upbeat and amazingly looking action / platformer, to satisfy your innerchild or to have a young gamer have a blast, Ratchet & Clank will definitely fit right in.

Tight controls, amazing visuals, very family-friendly and upbeat story, nice music, very nice world building and a good pace between gameplay and cinematics that will make you "lose" 10-18 hours in this insane, but amazing, universe.

A solid recommendation.

What an amazing game.

So, let me start by saying, that if you just focus on "ending the game", you will be done in less then 2 hours, tops, and you will be disappointed. Main, mandatory puzzles, they are very few, and once you get the "click" on the solution, you will chug along and be over.

Now, if you take your time to appreciate the levels and go for the hidden content, not only will you find a lot more "puzzles" that will / might stick with you, the entire point of the game, storywise, will stick better with you and will be driven home better.

I would say that if you just want to see the "main puzzles", then it will be less then 2-3 hours to get everything done, but you would seriously miss in one of the best puzzle games out there by doing so, in a way, going for the hidden "collectibles" will take the game from a 2-3 hours game, to something that you might actual compare to Portal. If you do that, 10-15 hours is to be expected.

Use those different PoV to calculate your "price-value / hour".

Would definitely recommend, mainly if you enjoy the aesthetic and "fresh take", but would say to stay away if you are expecting a lot of (main) puzzles.

Definitely, one of the best puzzle / "meta" games I've played.

A very nice Souls-Metroidvania like game.
If you enjoy a tight(ish) combact system with exploration and revisiting maps you already went though, you will definitely enjoy the game.

Not as hard / tight as other Souls-like games, exploring doesn't feel that rewarding, mainly since without some specific gear that gets unlocked via the story you will keep having to revisit and explore a bit more, feeling more blocked in your exploration then actually "unlocking" new content or ways to travel.

The story, unless you are a huge fan of Star-Wars is completely skipable / missable, since everything you need to know about it will happen in the first and last 60 minutes of the game. The plot moves along as you expect it to move along, but in the time period it takes place in the Star Wars universe, it would be foolish to assume major changes / surprises / plot twists.

In general, 20ish hours to complete, a bit more to 100%.
All in all, would still recommend the game, since between the gameplay loop, the combat, and the art / sound design, it's a solid game.

Just don't expect the game to blow your mind or be the best 3rd poerson action-adventure out there.

While it starts out "fun" you will see everything the game has to offer in the first hour: routine tasks, buggy NPCs and an endless routine of make 10$, use 9$ to restock, congratulations, now stack multiple thousand dollars.

At the start, and you are running between tasks, it was the most fun I ever had in the game, and I was hoping and waiting for employees to be unlocked. The game is still the same, you just repeat different stocks, that being ordering and unloading materials every 5 minutes, while cleaning cars in a power wash.

You notice that the game is just adding extra steps to make you keep playing, because the last few updates, you only really want one, but that is locked behind a HUGE money sink, making you repeat the process described above until you can finally check a box.

If you get distracted with a routine gameplay, you might still enjoy it, but if you are waiting for a good gaming experience, you probably better skipping this one entirely.

Ps.: stuff being bugged is so expected, that there is even a direct button to restart all NPCs right there. And I can't even really explain how boring the entire routine of order > stock > minigames which get's replaced by order > stock > wait OR power wash one car.

A very fun and simple action RPG with some management mechanics.
The biggest points are the Sound and Art Design.
Combat is fluid and very responsive, very satisfying, on levels of Hades.

The management while interesting, isn't very deep and at late game becomes more of an annoyance rather then a game mechanic. Eg: While you can use some rituals to be able to lock the requirements that can make you end a run sooner then expected, some stuff can't be automated / performed by your followers, and therefore require babysitting on those Cooldown times between rituals.
If you don't chose those specific rituals as unlocks, you will have even more babysitting to do.

The building mechanic is also nothing major, and you will see much of what the game has to offer in the first few hours of the game, after that it's just turns into checking checkboxes for completion / seeing the end.

Replayability isn't huge, because there is no major reason to go deeper on instances besides farming resources, which you will have more then plenty between babysitting sessions.

Still, would recommend, think of about ~30 hours for 100% even if you need some more time to do all the achievements.

It's hard for me to recommend the game. While I enjoy this types of games, having Game Dev Tycoon as one of my most loved tycoon games, the gameplay loop is just to boring / repetitive / hands off for me to be able to recommend the game.
Basically, once you get your first manager - and after that your first HR -, you basically just have the game on max speed and wait for components to be ready.
I enjoyed the Server Room mechanics, but even those become repetitive really fast.
For the price of 10€ you might get about 1€ / hour before you get into the issues I said above, even quicker if you go min-max from the beginning / your second play though once you know which ratios to get / how to automate everything.
Playtime was mostly done to get all achievements, and once agian, it was just waiting on the game on max speed and clicking upgrade every now and again while "negociating" new Sponsors.

Even though the game is rather repetitive, loadout is rather the same once you have a few unlocks because no point on changing it, the enemy AI is sometimes stupid - like running directly towards you - I would still recommend the game since it it's a - rather basic - 2D version of SWAT 4.
Keep your expectations in check since the story isn't that interesting - there is a theory, but I personally think is far fetched - gameplay is repetitive, but the level editor and the memory of SWAT 4 might help you go though it.
Should take about 5-9 hours to complete 100% of the achievements, so take that into consideration on whatever the current price is.
