Once again, Telltale pulled off the unexpected, turning Minecraft into a story-driven adventure that I actually enjoyed, despite never touching the original game. It’s clearly aimed at a younger audience, with tame dialogue and a lighthearted vibe, but episodes three and four really stood out for me. Sure, it’s not on the same level as Telltale’s heavier hitters, but I still had a good time and even got attached to the characters. Not my top pick from their catalog, but I’d recommend it over TWD: Michonne any day.

Turns out the last episode wasn’t filler after all, it was setting up the DLC. I wasn’t expecting much when I heard YouTubers were involved, but they did a surprisingly good job; I couldn’t even tell who was who. The gameplay stays the same, and while the story isn’t as strong as the original, it was still pretty cool. And that’s how Minecraft: Story Mode wraps up, for now. The longest Telltale game I never thought I’d play, and somehow, I ended up enjoying it.

Once again, not a fan of the head, but the skin, simple as it is, has a unique vibe. It works great with a lot of heads, so I’ll probably stick with it for a while.

Captain Scarlett and her Pirate’s Booty is Borderlands 2 at its absurd best, psycho pirates sailing airboats over sand, hidden treasures, and a hilarious new BFF that had me cracking up. The opening is pure gold, and for melee lovers, it introduces the best melee weapon in the game. It’s a fun, pirate-filled adventure that brings back that Borderlands DLC magic… now if only Luffy and his crew showed up! Yarr!

Sound of Drop: Fall Into Poison took me by surprise and quickly became one of my favorite visual novels. The story is gripping, the artwork and OST are top-notch, and it gave me serious Everlasting Summer and Corpse Party vibes. You actually care about the characters, which is important here. My only gripe was struggling to tell who was speaking early on, due to the lack of unique text colors for each character, but once past that, I was completely hooked.

A charming story, filled with numerous amusing moments, but also a few sad ones that, at least for me, "touched" me. I enjoyed the art and the OST as well, and the characters felt well-developed. As I mentioned before, the storyline was really endearing. However, I suggest installing the official restoration patch, as the game is censored on Steam.

Smash the system!! The Mechromancer Pack for Borderlands 2 is a must if you want to add some chaos to your playstyle. Gaige brings big guns and her killer robot buddy Deathtrap, making it feel like you’re playing a gun-toting warlock with a mech twist. The starter weapons and relic are a nice bonus, especially for farming, but it’s the Mechromancer herself that steals the show, pure mayhem and versatility.

Borderlands 2 is one of those rare sequels that blows the original out of the water. It fixes pretty much everything I didn’t like in the first game: better A.I., a minimap, distinct zones, and delivers a story that’s actually engaging, packed with humor and unforgettable characters. The gameplay is pure chaotic fun, dangerously addictive, and super rewarding. I did run into some performance issues at first, but tweaking the settings and grabbing the texture DLC sorted it out. If you’re after an action-packed, hilarious ride, this is an absolute must-play.

I had high hopes for the Assassin Stinging Blade Pack in Borderlands 2, especially thinking it’d pair well with the “A Cleansing Fire” skin, but man, was I let down. The colors aren’t my thing, and the head just looks off, giving Zer0 a weird chibi vibe that doesn’t suit him at all. Sure, it’s cheap, but cosmetics are all about looks, and this one just doesn’t cut it for me.

Ah, the Assassin Supremacy Pack, finally, skins that don’t feel like robbing you blind (looking at you, CS:GO skins). The price is fair, and the skin? Awesome. The colors pop in all the right ways, making Zer0 look sharp as hell. Even if I’m not a fan of the head that comes with it, this skin can make just about any head look good. Totally worth it.
