I love it. It is primarily famous for its single-player.

Warband is an open sandbox RPG with a more or less dynamic political system in the background. You can join one of the competing empires as a vessel and receive your land to manage, play es mercenary for anyone who offers you coin, or just ignore that stuff and do trading, fight in tournaments or even raid villages and be the outlaw.

And when you do eventually bore of the game, there is a great mod scene. You can get mods that tweak the game, or ones that have you playing a completely different game.

In short, this game is fantastic. If the graphics don't put you off, you can have so much fun with this.

I loved it.

Inside has the same amount of story as Limbo, i.e. not much at all. BUT there are just enough little bits of the world that will get people wondering and making theories for a long time.

The atmosphere is one of the best ever. Don't know how else to put it. Everything just feels so creepy and wrong, even though you can never really put your finger on what exactly is happening in this world.
The puzzles are good too. Very similar to Limbo's puzzles (push this block, climb that rope, do both of those things together) but with several cool new gimmicks that get thrown in later.

Inside was a direct upgrade from their first game, Limbo. That being said, it will be interesting to see what Playdead does next. Perfecting on your original game is cool, three times is probably too much.

Half-Life is definitely a game-changing FPS, inspired by the classics but also genre-breaking.

The first half of the game was very long and pretty repetitive. Although that kind of makes sense (since they're in a giant underground lab), it also made the first half of the game feel very grindy (for lack of a better term). I just felt that I had to power through the game in order to play Half-Life 2 and that drove me to get to the second half. I found the second half of the game to be much more fun.

Looking back on my 12 hours of playtime (not sure if that's too short/long/just right), I had a lot of fun. I really enjoyed a game that came out years ago, and now realize why people love the game the way they do.

You can play Half-Life: Source to have better lighting and water effects. You can play Black Mesa though it's a remake more than a port and some things like level design change a lot.

Half-life defined the first-person shooter genre and will always be talked about.

It was one of the early 'artsy' indie games and got by a lot on that. I agree the puzzles didn't tend to be all that interesting or challenging.

One of the main things I like about Limbo is the mystery of the game and the overall atmosphere of the game. The fact that the game's ending was anticlimactic at best also left me feeling a bit unusual. After much thought, I realized that the simplicity and general lacking sense of achievement are almost humbling.

A decent game, Buy it on sale!
