While I think it's not nearly as powerful as the original game, it still captures the essence of the Life is Strange formula.

If you love Chloe and want to learn about the very early days of her and Rachel, it's definitely worth playing. It has some unique moments that maybe even outshine the iconic moments in the first game. Chloe and Rachel's relationship is handled most authentically and realistically, added with the amazing voice acting, BEAUTIFUL soundtrack, and atmosphere.

And of course, the story is decent just like the original. I didn't get hooked on it or anything but it's more relatable since it is more authentic.

Great game! Even the credits music is well worth the money!

Portal is a one-of-a-kind game. Unusually for a puzzle game of this period, Portal is very atmospheric. The only form of interaction you have with an NPC in the game is the ever-present AI who makes humorous, yet macabre comments. In the interests of not spoiling it, I won't elaborate, but experiencing this, and the loose plotline that unfolds as you go through the testing chambers is something I truly believe that everyone should experience.

The music perfectly fits the game, changing depending on your location. I had chills multiple times, and finding out the truth through secrets as you go is unparalleled.

Portal has left a huge legacy in popular culture, with the "The cake is a lie" phrase being repeated throughout the Internet, and this game set the standard for puzzle games.

Undertale more of a must-play and a cultural phenomenon. One of my favorite indie games of all time.

If you think you'll like it, you'll probably love it. Even if you don't think you'll like it, you'll probably like it. Don't watch any playthroughs before playing. Watching anything Undertale related will ruin the experience immensely.

Humor is subjective. And the humor in Undertale is very silly but divisive. Some people don't like it and many liken it to cheap "lol meme" humor. I don't agree with that assessment but that sentiment is shared commonly enough that I think it's worth mentioning here, if that's something that might turn you off from the game. My personal thoughts are that even if the humor doesn't resonate with you, the serious parts should still make up for it but on the flipside, not everyone agrees with that assessment.

The music in this game is an absolute gem! I absolutely love and it is better than it deserves to be if it's in this game. Toby Fox knows his way around composition, mood, and rhythm! The chiptune-instrumented songs get in your head and the loop does not wear out. Bravo!

Even with all my ranting, I can see why people call it overhyped/overrated. There is a free demo on their website. You can try it before purchasing it.

Great story, fantastic for nostalgic purposes

But the game came up very short for me, first for its repetitive mission design, but mostly for its extremely buggy nature.

AC1 is tough to recommend because of the sheer, mind-numbing repetition in the side missions. If you do play it, just go straight through the main assassinations and do the bare minimum as far as necessary side quests to advance. AC2 is on a completely different level and basically fixed everything that was wrong with the first game.

I definitely recommend Sims 3. When it's on sale, it doesn't hurt to just buy the base game and play it before deciding to buy expansion packs or refund it.

Sims 4 and Sims 2 have a lot of similarities, but Sims 3 is so unique with the open world and CREATE A STYLE tool. This tool lets you recolor practically anything allowing you to change textures, patterns, colors, and you can get your furniture to match! Sims 2 and 4 furniture don't have any matching pieces or the colors are always off. The create a styling tool is something a lot of 3 fans still miss. I didn't have as much custom content in 3 for furniture just because I could use the tool to match things well.

If you do install 3, there are issues with the graphics on modern computers. There's a file that has to be edited, and it's annoying to do it, but if you go to Carl and Pam's Sims Forum under the technical help section, they explain well how to do it and sometimes even upload the file so you won't have to edit it. I suggest you go to their forum for help.

The good thing about the Sims 4 is that it's good to go with modern computers. Unfortunately, the bugs are just as bad as 3. I haven't even installed the Seasons expansion yet because of the current bugs it added.

Of the franchise reboot wave, Tomb Raider was among the strongest, played extremely well, and contextualized the icon for the modern era. Sure, the gameplay drew heavy inspiration from Uncharted, but they did a good job of it and Uncharted is a great franchise to draw inspiration from, and on top of all that, the first Uncharted felt like it had drawn some inspiration from past Tomb Raider games anyway (Or perhaps both are drawing upon the shared source of Indiana Jones).

But Tomb Raider seems so at odds with itself and unbalanced in weird ways like it started off as one game, and then halfway through development became something entirely different. It seems like the focus of the game shifted at many points throughout development, and never clearly settled on one idea until finally, they decided to go with the Uncharted formula.

Secondly, I don't think any of the characters are likable or relatable. Lara is an attractive young girl, but suddenly she's turned into a hardened killer in the blink of an eye? Everything that Lara says is completely forgettable, and there's nothing memorable about her character other than she's attractive.

It's fun to play, and definitely worth your time, especially if you're into action adventures at all.

7/10

Life is Strange is a cliche and badly written high school drama.

You are only going to like Life is Strange if you get invested in the characters. The characters and the Soundtracks are the only strong points of this game.

The writing is lazy and flawed, the characters are bland cliches, the aspect of choice actually affects very little of the story, and most of the plot points don't actually affect whatever overarching plot they had in mind.
I was really a fan of this game in the beginning but it didn't hold up. But it does stay in your mind for a few days. At least it did for mine and I think it was for the Soundtracks. The game is for people looking for a DECENT high school drama.

The game is good but it isn't Telltale tier. Would have been a lot better if they had better writing.

I wouldn't call it a Hitman game. It's more like an action-stealth game. If you are having trouble deciding between Blood Money or Absolution, go with Blood Money or any of the previous games. It's a garbage Hitman game that has none of the charms that the previous game had.

The previous games gave players much freedom on their sandbox maps. This game neglects all of that and makes the game extremely linear. Also, the maps were larger in the previous Hitman games.

The story in this game is just dumb. The characters are bland and one of them laughs like a chimpanzee(which are my favorite parts of the game). 47 was captured many times throughout the game and every time he was left alone so that he could escape. When they had more than enough time to end his life. The whole game follows this type of dried story for 15hours.

The multiplayer is dead and isn't gonna come back so you are not even getting the hundred percent of the game.

Not a good game. You might like it if you haven't played any of the previous games before or you are looking for an action-stealth game.

5/10 for me

This is my favorite Worms game. Mostly because of the nostalgic factor when I used to play it with my friends many years ago.

Playing it single-player or with bots could get boring extremely quickly. Try to get it with a few friends and see how it feels. The multiplayer scene is dead so you don't have many hopes of finding people in the queue.

It's like hilarious and dumb chess. Best battle royale game ever! This game is SO MUCH FUN! Way better than the 2D Worms!

It is the gold standard for 'walking sim' styles of games.

It switches up the narrative frequently - the game was never boring since it takes you through so many smaller stories and varied presentations of said stories.

Atmospherically, the game was beautiful. The graphics and soundtrack enhanced the experience. It was a good length. To me, the game never outstayed its welcome but was also not too short.

Thinking in terms of "Walking Simulator", it's the new benchmark in the genre. Amazing art design and storytelling. Very easy to recommend for anyone who liked "Gone Home" or similar.
too short.
