My first roguelike and might be one of my favorite and addictive games ever!

This game is being updated without any extra costs where other developers would have made DLCs out of those. It became better and better with updates. The developers are great!
The controls are extremely responsive and precise. There is an absurd amount of items, each of them being different from one and another. It's difficult but has fair challenges so none of the enemies seem unfair.
You can play it slow or play fast each of them has its own merits and demerits

I have around 24hours at the time of writing this review. I'm only on 2nd BC so, It would take me a good while to finish this game at 5BC.

For 20dollars you get more than 100hours of enjoyable gameplay. If it's on sale and you're thinking of buying it- Buying it would be a decision you would feel like you should've made earlier.

If you're the kind of person who enjoys sprinting down the sidewalk in GTA with a crowbar dummying people in the back of the head as you go by... well you'll have a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of fun with Postal 2.

It's just ridiculous, over-the-top violence in the dumbest, most ridiculous setting ever. You can use a cat as a shotgun silencer and uranate on people, that's all you need to know.

This game took what I loved about Hotline 1 and turned it into just a pure rage game. I'll start with the good first.

The music is absolutely outstanding. Each level is a true banger to listen to that drills itself into your head for weeks, yet unlike the tumor of annoying commercial jingles, you don't mind. In fact, you enjoy it and name the jingle Little Timmy, who pops into your head randomly while you're at work

The story wasn't fully fleshed out in the first game. You had to look for it. Now, we get an extension to the story and now about the before, during, and after of Hotline 1. It's well thought out and the story is really good. There's meaning to each mission now. Not just "kill cause phone guy said so".

The action is overall the same. Fast-paced, on your feet planning, with high reaction timing required. As well as the instant load after death, I've come to obsess over religiously.

Now for the bad, which I might get crucified for.

The level design. Every level is big and open, so open you can't see past a fraction of the map. The last three acts, four through six, are really bad on this. Everything is out of sight and forces you against a wall. Backing up and ducking behind cover is absolutely crucial, but when I have to duck so far out just to see what's around the corner, only to get killed by some guy I didn't know was there, that's bad design. There were countless times where I yelled "where the ♥♥♥♥ did he come from". You are supposed to plan to succeed in Hotline, but your planning is botched and skewed when you can't see the rest of the map without risking death. The power plant level is the one that stands out the most. The hallway one is the pure example of just trying to piss everyone off as there is a shotgun guy following a fat guard. You cannot kill fat guys with melee weapons, and there is a lag to the weapons when you pick them up. You can't properly plan for that when he is out of sight and you have nowhere else to go.

The gunplay is also worse. It's trying to be more accurate to real-life gunplay, I get it, but it ends up just being annoying. The enemy will have god-tier aim, hitting you from anywhere, whereas your guns somehow miss everyone from a certain distance. In the first game, you locked onto the target and almost always got them with a gun. In Hotline 2, they could be sitting still and you'll most likely miss a shot. Now you have to practically be right in front of them, and we all know how that usually ends for you.

Overall, it just feels like a major downgrade from Hotline 1. I enjoyed the first half, but the second half makes me want to throw the game out a window. The masks are absent, the weapons are slower and not really responsive, the level design is like driving a hot nail through your foot.

More tweaked and better Hitman 2:Silent Assassin with a darker atmosphere!

Plot
This game follows 47 after he is shot by a police officer. He is in a grim position, lying in a dark hotel room where we follow 47 as he is remembering missions he has been through previously. You play some missions from the first Hitman game and some of them are entirely new. This game ends as he escapes the hotel.
Some people don't like this game because 50% of the missions are just missions we have done before. But the missions are tweaked heavily and reworked so that you will feel like playing a different mission even though you might have played it before.

Music
This game has darker music than the previous entries but it suits this genre and the next few Hitman games follow the same musical theme.

Visual
It's nothing substantial. The graphics are what you would expect from a game from 2004. All the missions are set in dark and gloomy atmospheres which helps set up the mood for the whole plot.

Bugs
There are not any noticeable bugs, at least I didn't notice any. All the bugs from the previous game have been fixed.

Conclusion
A good game and you should play it if you are trying to finish the series. There are many reoccurring missions from the first games but those are also changed a great deal so you wouldn't feel like you are doing the exact same mission.

My most nostalgic Hitman game! This is my favorite Hitman game after Hitman 2016

I played this game a lot when I was younger, I didn't know what I was doing then and finished almost every mission on the ways it was not intended to. When I DID complete it in the right ways, it was by watching walkthroughs. Now that I got older, I decided to finish all of the Hitman games.

Plot
The story starts a few years after the events of the first game. Now 47 is conflicted about his past and trying to follow the path of god while working as a gardener of a church. Until one of the priests of that church gets kidnapped and 47 starts doing what he does best.

Visual
This game's graphics are what you would expect from a standard 2002 game.

Music
The OSTs in this game are marvelous. Jasper Kyd did an awesome job.

Bugs and Problems
There are a few bugs that need to be mentioned. I needed to mod it for running in on 16:9 aspect-ratio. There is also a weird camera bug where your camera gets stuck on a zoomed-in position. You have to zoom out manually. It gets fixed in the next game of the series.

Conclusion
It's a very good game. In my opinion, this is where you should start if you are trying to get into the series. A very good Hitman game which brought numerous fans into the series.

One of the best action first-person stealth games with infinite replay value.

Plot
The story follows Corvo Attano, the lord protector of a city named Dunwall which is affected by a terrible plague. The story begins as Corvo returns to Dunwall after completing a mission given to him by The Empress of Dunwall, Jessamine Kaldwin. But as he was meeting with The Empress, she was killed by few assassins and her daughter Emily Kaldwin gets kidnapped. Corvo gets framed as the murderer of the Late Empress Jessamine but Corvo tries to find Emily and bring justice to the people responsible for the killing. As he also notices the struggle of the poor and the peace of the rich.
This game has 3 endings, which are based on your decisions of killing and sparing your targets.

Gameplay
This is where Dishonored shines the most. You can finish the game however you want, you can kill your enemies or you can spare them. You can even finish the game even without killing a single person. You can replay a single mission numerous times since there are many paths to take. The stealth mechanics in this game are also very satisfying to pull off.

Visual
It's one of those art styles which are not gonna look bad when you look at it after a few years. It has an oil-painted theme and since it was not MADE to be a real-life reflection in terms of graphics, It has been aging very well.

Conclusion
This game does so many things right. You see jaw-dropping visuals with amazingly satisfying movement and animation. You can play this game so many times and would not get tired of it. I finished it some time ago and willing to give it a few more goes in later years.

An Amazing game. 9/10

It's is the first Hitman game, which created this incredible stealth-action series.

Won't recommend it to anyone unless you are very tempted to finish the whole series. It didn't age well. I forced myself to play it since I wanted to play the whole series though I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The controls are very sluggish and janky. The mission briefings are horrible. It might have been a good game at some point in time. But as of now, it's not worth it in my honest opinion.

Not bad neither Good

I thought I was going to like it since I was coming straight from What Remains of Edith Flinch. But surprisingly, I Didn't. I was quite neutral about it.

You can reach one of the nineteen endings of the game in a few minutes if you follow the narrator's commands. But the charm of this game comes from doing the opposite of what he says and unlocking the other endings. The writing is extremely clever and the Narrator is voice acted perfectly.

I didn't laugh out loud a single time throughout the whole game even though it was supposed to be funny(?) I had heard many good things about this game but as I was playing, I felt like I was missing something and I don't know what. The only fun thing about this game is listening to the dialogues of the narrator.

An average game with clever writing and good voice acting. I hope "Beginners Guide" is better.

I can now see why people are so pissed off waiting for the follow-up.

After completing the game, I now think that, yes, it's better than Episode 1. I just had to get through those stupid caves and get to the car for things to GREATLY improve :)

Episode 2 introduces every one of its new mechanics/features in sort of a newbie-friendly manner that makes the experience as satisfying and meaningful as possible. Of course, this was the case for virtually every Half-Life game, but something about EP2's storyline adds to that experience. It might be due to how the game constantly keeps you on your toes given the Citadel's state and the Combine's change of plans. Also, Episode 2 gave Alyx a bit more depth into her character which made it worthwhile to save her despite the tedious (in my honest opinion) playthrough of the Antlion caves. It also made her more tolerable as a companion compared to Episode 1.

Just like a lot of us, Episode 2 is my favorite one in the series. Half-Life 2 plus Episodes 1 and 2 might be the best gaming combo of all time. The mythology is deep, far-reaching, and engrossing; graphics have held well; face animation/voice acting are excellent and reach L.A. Noire-like levels most of the time. An amazing series of games and one that I will recommend to ANYONE interested in science fiction and/or first-person shooters.

It's probably the atmosphere and mystery that made Portal 2 the highest-rated game on Steam. Not a lot of games do atmosphere well, and when they do, it's often as good as Portal.

With the overwhelming success of the predecessor, Portal 2 carried a lot of hype and it didn't disappoint. Portal has the right to be considered One of the Best Puzzle Games created to date, it is a Must play for PC Gaming, even if you are not into Puzzle games.

This game is Hilarious, not only from the well-written jokes spoken by the characters, but the environment has some hidden details that are so funny as well, I would recommend you to read the plaques and frames around the map.

This game is 11years old now and it aged like fine wine. This game still looks beautiful and the mechanics still make it one of a kind.

One of the best games ever made. Humor, mechanics, puzzles that require actual thought, and best of all....cake. I'll never forget the endings song. After the intense boss fight, that music is always a mind calmer

My favorite puzzle game to date! 10/10
