Today it is just a kernel AC, tomorrow someone gets access to your PC and use it as a miner or even brick your hardware. Not to mention someone corrupt can sell all your personal data to the 3rd party or data leaking happens and voila.
I bet they do that because they want to make BL4 full of microtransactions and tons of paid content and they just don't want people to get it for free like in old BL games. Greedy.
Kernel AC is the only reason I don't play Valorant, so obviously I won't buy BL4.
It has been proven that kernel ACs are still bypassed by cheats, yet those make big vulnerability holes in your system.
