It's seriously funny reading people's comments about the frame-rate in the 16bit (SNES) JP game's first person sections.
My dudes, that's literally how it was!
No amount of RGB in your PC case will increase the frame rate.

8/10 for the game. Lost points as there isn't enough Ankylosaurus.

It's chill, it's fun and developed by actually decent human beings.
There's also Speedrunning/LiveSplit support as well as Modding! (check the official wiki).

Once I'm finished with this play-though, I'm gonna be playing again with the randomised game modes! ♥

The mixed reviews seemed to complain of 'lag'. I don't know if they meant a low frame-rate or they're experiencing latency in the multiplayer or inputs, but so far, I've not experienced any kind of lag.

FPS won't dip below 110fps with an old 3080ti with everything set to 'Ultra', I imagine those with newer (current at time of typing) 40-series cards will be even higher!
So my only suggestions for the Devs is to let us increase the draw-distance so there're less pop-ins. I feel like 'Ultra' is for MUCH older hardware.

Game-play... It feels very 'Stock Unreal-engine'ish. But it's fine. More than just fishing now I'm out cruising around in a not-a-jeep looking for Sasquatch footprints and avoiding looking at my player model's lifeless and dead eyes.
It's kinda pleasant just exploring the environment.

It's not too bad. The graphics vary WILDLY depending on what I've been drinking at the time.
Anyway, how do you open the small mailbox outside the white house with the boarded front door?

Fantastic fun! Fast paced and addictive... and massively Furry.

A fantastic experience.
This game gives me time to think about life.
It allows me to mow the lawn without getting all sweaty or having to worry about hayfever.

Just imagine... mowing the lawn without the hayfever sniffles!?
