Q: What the hell is this group and why did you invite me
A: This group is for the purpose of giving away games. It was created by me (XX, aka xksixksi, aka xelfx) so that I could have a place to share free things with my friends, and also the friends of my friends. We also have a different forum for socializing and casual chatting.

Q: Can I invite my friends to this group?
A: Yes, but you must have one of the mods or admins invite that person for you. Leave a comment on the main page of the group with your friend's name, steam profile link, and request they get an invite. They will receive it as soon as the mods/admin read your comment.
Please do NOT invite people you barely know or just met.

Q: What's up with the name?
A: I deliberately didn't use any of my known steam-gamer tag (XX, xksixki, xelfx) or anything alluding to GAs in the group name to avoid too many strangers spam-joining if I unlock invites.

Q: What system do you use for GiveAways?

A: When it's a giveaway held by myself I usually just use RANDOM.org to pick a winner, although sometimes I hold GAs that have a special requirement to enter or are even "First Come, First Serve"
In future, I may start using steamgifts as another GA option.

When another member of this group is hosting a GA, it is up to that person what rules they set and how they handle it. I can *NOT* take responsibility for the results of GAs held by other members.

Other group rules:

- i have a 3 strikes policy if i catch ANYONE on in the group fighting, trolling or (seriously) arguing with each other WITHIN this group for ANY reason.

So, please respect that rule when responding to any of the social chat topics in the group. If you have a serious issue with another member of the group, please add one of the admins or mods and report the problem privately.

- All members are free to create their own GAs! Just remember that by doing so, it is your full responsibility to fulfill the GA properly and deliver to the winners. Failing to do so will result in a possible strike or even a kick from the group, unless you can explain a very good reason for not being able to complete your GA.
