New civ job on the way

So, as it turns out, the thing I predicted would be added first to the server will probably take some time to get working, so in return for the inactivity, I'll be introducing a new civilian, non-criminal job that can be planted around the map in places like the gas station, grocery stores, etc. Check back within the week.
