FRIENDSHIP RECIPE Pal Pie Delight

Ingredients:

1 cup of empathy, finely diced
2 heaping tablespoons of humor, for seasoning
3 cups of patience, lightly whipped
1 dash of honesty, for flavor
A sprinkle of trust, to taste
1 handful of loyalty, chopped
A pinch of adventure, for excitement
A dollop of support, to bind it all together

Instructions:

Preheat your heart to a warm and welcoming temperature.

STEP 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the empathy, humor, patience, honesty, trust, loyalty, and adventure. Stir gently until the mixture feels just right—like a warm hug on a chilly day.

STEP 2. Pour the mixture into the pan of friendship and set it over the flame of camaraderie. Let it simmer and mingle, allowing the flavors to meld together.

STEP 3. As the friendship begins to bubble and sizzle, sprinkle in the support. This will help hold everything together, like the glue that keeps a friendship strong.

STEP 4. Cook until the friendship reaches a golden brown level of trust and understanding. Be sure to flip it occasionally to ensure even cooking.

STEP 5. Once done, serve to your friendship a piece of the Pal Pie Delight with a side of laughter and good times. Enjoy the deliciousness of companionship with your nearest and dearest!

Games sometimes can really make a difference.

I remember the time I was playing this DLC "Discover University" when I was in my last year of law school.
Classes was all online and I had no contact to any of my friends but family.
The world was passing through the largest covid wave whilst the real reason of my online classes was another sort of invasion.

So it was my LAST SEMESTER OF LAWS -- and I must say, I nearly quit.

I was afraid, I was nervous, I was losing my hope and my soul to what was happening around me and my motherland of Ukraine (slava ukraina!)

I had not much resources left to train my speech or socialize much, except for my family. I did trained my speech in front of them until I perfected it, with good timing and being clear. But I also had my friends on Steam who didn't let me feel so alone and, of course, this DLC to play -- in which I would make my avatar study, do exams, plan a strategy on the last presentation and so on and on.

The funny part of it all is: on this DLC there is not much time for goofing around, they really make your avatar work its arse off to get

a good grade and receive a lifetime bonus for all jobs the avatar will take in its simslifespan.

And I remember clearly how this scenes of planning the presentation in The Sims 4 impacted me. Coz everyone else was failing it and they were losing their right to stay in the university.

So in my real life's last presentation I wanted to make it just as beautiful and unique. (it's a true story)

And the day of my presentation has 15 classmates. I was the 11th to give the speech on my scientific work. I was the only student who did not give any excuses to the teachers who were there, evaluating us all. I also was the only student not to forget anything, get sloppy or shallow, in fact, I was the only one to present my scientific work with slides on powerpoint.

So imagine how proud I felt when I realized I'm somewhat the 1% of 99% :))

All started within a feeling of confidence that this image above gave to me.

So my message to you is that we have no choice but to find the ''fun'' in every single challenge we find ourselves in / battle with.
Coz we're colonizing this planet alltogether in the same ship, with the same problems and questions. The only difference is to how you build your own perspective on those challenges.
