after clicking start game from main menu in the game, no response with a dark screen with cursor on

This is the fourth time I've participated in this event and managed to kill at least one of the monsters and not get the reward (Bloodied Gina). I've witnessed the enemy's defeat 4 times, always playing alone. I simply don't understand how the rewards for this event are distributed. I think Capcom hates me......
