Decree of Establishment and Declaration of War
By order of His Majesty, King Dobby of Doblandia

In the name of the Kingdom of Doblandia and with the full authority vested in the crown, it is hereby decreed:

1. Establishment of the Kingdom of Doblandia Steam Group:

The "Kingdom of Doblandia" Steam Group is now the official and primary group for all citizens of Doblandia.

All subjects are commanded to join and participate in the group’s activities, ensuring unity and collaboration in our shared pursuits.

2. Declaration of War Against Steam:
