I've been banned permanently off adgate due to vpn usage for over a year now. I don't think it's possible to have them lifted, but you can always try contacting them.

We recently had an update yesterday where the owner implemented a new requirement, preventing VAC banned steam accounts from using our site.

I understand some users don't have a VAC on CSGO necessarily, and this implementation is quite new as well, so please be patient and it will be fixed soon. Cheers.

Phantom got banned because of chargebacks on all his accounts. I've checked logs.

I personally do not care about getting head mod or not. As I've already been helping surf with group work when he himself doesn't have time, and i try my best to assist users on the group whenever i have the chance, even though its not necessarily my duty.

Seeing surf's inactivity lately and the inconsistency he's developed, i guess you CAN say that a change is due, whether its a replacement or not. In the end, for the better of the site, i just hope someone who's consistent at what they're doing and actually have time dedicated towards their duty, are hired, in comparison to someone who's inconsistent and rarely has time for such things.

My personal experience with chillin and promotions is true, that he did go inactive for a month for IRL reasons. Of course there are scenarios where individuals do experience sudden life issues and must take a "break". However, i truly hope that if a new head mod is chosen or if some changes are brought onto handouts then i hope it is for the better. Me myself having surf's inconsistency and the moderators dependence on him is also a reason towards me quitting my staff duty. Being a mod on handouts for a year+ has its perks but seeing the site spiral downwards is something I'm not going to stand by, especially where our input is limited.

If i am needed, then i will return. Or else for now, even if a replacement is provided in surfacing's place, & if i dont personally see any significant difference, then there was truly no point towards it.

So for now, deuces.

Nae is a known scammer in the community, yes. However, according to my knowledge, he has done nothing so far on site after surfacing unbanned him from chat a few months ago and he had apologized for all his activities.

However, i am sure Surf will also agree with me on this, that it is common staff on handouts are not responsible for users who purposely give their account info to other people, as in the end it is the users fault for trusting the person. In this situation, you shouldn't have given your account info to him in the first place to do offers

First of all, you didn't get banned because of "Nae Sano". You got banned because you told me to "Stfu" after i proved you wrong, where you claimed naesano was on your account giving no proof, and i proved you wrong through logs. Don't be so hypocritical and attempt to blame shit on other people when you yourself have scammed several users in the past, including me.

Surfacing can deal with this as he pleases, and i don't expect him to necessarily listen to me, but if it were to be my decision, i would never lift your chat ban and it would definitely be no appeal. Scum like you with 60 different accounts and multiple scammed users doesn't deserve a community like handouts, yet alone even have the ability to use our site.
