Every offerwall has a support section. Provide them evidence (like an email receipt, etc) of you paying for the offer, and they should credit you once you've contact them.

Due to abusers, CSGOhandouts no longer allows VAC banned users and Game Banned users to functionally use our site. I posted this announcement when the update was first pushed onto the site a few weeks ago, and I've been seeing a few discussions and comments of users having issues, so i felt it was necessary to address it again.

The VAC ban update involves any VAC ban on a steam account, regardless of what game it is on. Meaning, any steam account with a single or multiple VAC ban(s), will not be able to functionally use our site, regardless if it is on csgo or not.

If you do not have a VAC ban on csgo but you have it on another game, you won't be able to use our site.

The game ban implementation was issued a month after the VAC accounts one. So now, both are incapable of using our site.

Like i said... its not going to be fixed (ever) unless there are a ton of users with the same issue, and so far, there's only around 6-7
