Site suggestions

You will require to play CSGO more, as none of the moderators or staff members are aware of the real requirements, apart from the owner. This is to prevent smurf account abusers who have abused our site in the past, forcing the owner to implement such requirements. The way it happened i cannot tell you, but the requirements listed may be vague and that is all we can provide you.

All we can tell you is to play csgo more. If you already have a main account then it shouldn't be a problem. The owners smart, requirements are implemented in such a way where it is extremely hard to use our site once csgo is bought newly on a fresh account.

Also this section is "site suggestions" not support. You could have created a new discussion.

I don't want to create a quote battle here, but I didn't want support on the matter, I merely wanted to suggest removing the system or setting a specific amount of time played / owned the game. My steam account is not fresh, I just had not had access to it and nor had I owned CSGO on it. I did not buy CSGO on this account merely to play your site, I had just been playing your site on my other account, and had gained access to this one, purchasing CSGO and playing it I thought it'd be cool if I came over, passed all my winnings to my new accounts and kept playing on this one, but it was not possible and even still with 26 hours played. I have owned the game for 5-6 days... I don't see what purpose blocking me is having when I have played the game for over a day played?
I understand you may not have those intentions, but others did in the past which is what resulted in the addition of those requirements. Thus the owner will most likely never remove them.

Hi there, so I recently purchased CSGO and joined the site for fun based on a friends recommendation, however I have over 20 hours played on CSGO and still cannot place any bids? I spoke to a few mods on my main account and they said that you are required to be beyond the point where you can refund the game. I am assuming this is the 'two week refund policy' imposed by steam however I cannot see this being beneficial whatsoever for the website? Considering surveys will still be being complete and people will still be playing roulette why does it matter the time played and owned?

As you can see though it is quite a problem if I have 20 hours on the game and am unable to place bets just because I have only owned it for 3-4 days.

Plus, the refund policy is negotiable, so it is not like these boundaries are strict so a user could still potentially refund the game after the 2 week owned / 2 hours played limit, found in the post
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=6695-QIKM-7966
'Valve will, upon request via help.steampowered.com, issue a refund for any title that is requested within 14 days of purchase and has been played for less than 2 hours. Even if you fall outside of the refund rules we've described, you can submit a request and we'll take a look at it.'

That states that you can still submit a request and they will consider it, so this boundary of time played / days owning the game serves no purpose as refunds are still given out past these deadlines. Furthermore, if you were to be following the guidelines, why is it that I am not able to bet with having over 2 hours played? As I should not be able to refund based on that single factor of being over the boundary of played time for refundable games, and so should be able to bet as a refund is 'out of the question'.

Overall, I just would like to play on your website and not have to wait two weeks to be able to bet, and nor do I see any positive outcome for your website through this restriction, so I think it would be beneficial if it was removed.

Thank you.
