oh lol yeah there was an update few days ago, any account that didn't own csgo and had coins on it had the coins removed. Thats probably why your coins disappeared

Edit: no you won't get them back. Your account basically is non-existent since you don't even technically own csgo according to the site, so those coins are history now. Don't do offers on your account in the future if you cannot even bet or withdraw
