The referral coins also include the daily 5 gocoins you activate. Each time you receive the 5 coins, the number in referrals settings goes up by 5. It is automatic, and so are referral coins from other users you may or may not have referred.

Just told you to contact adgate about it. They have a support section on site on their offerwall.

Considering the offers requirements are to be a "new user", you cannot have downloaded the game before in the past on the same phone or else the credibility of the offer is nulled

Since you posted previously about the same offer yet a lower amount of coins, it seems you fail to meet their requirements and will probably not be credited.

You also must understand that you can't ask us about the offers since we don't work for adgate nor are we correlated to their offers. They pay you once you complete an offer, not us, so it is not our responsibility for their issues if they aren't willing to credit you.
