The alternative method to impact accuracy instead of heavy sway is heavy variance in aim even if the scope doesn't sway at all- Meaning even if you're aiming right on point it could hit a mile off from where you're aiming. And frankly, I prefer having the heavy sway because I can compensate for that, I can't compensate for ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ RNG.
Zoom in less(It's less obvious with less zoom, and easier to maintain control over it at 4x as compared to 12x), Take lower stances (crouch, prone), pick a better gun, pick perks that reduce the sway, etc.
They shouldn't add stuff to make it "gamey". But it would be cool if wind affected bullets more for long range shots.
