Hey all. I've owned this game since 2018, purchased through Steam. Now, I'm trying to upgrade to the 2023 remake and Steam says I can't complete my purchase because I don't own the game yet. It's in my library. It is installed and I just launched the game so, it's there. Anyone else have this issue?...

The game is in an unplayable state and needs tweaking or modding in order for it to be played.
