This game basically throws you headfirst into the chaotic world of game development. You're trying to climb the corporate ladder, but instead of just, you know, sending emails and going to meetings, you're building a deck of cards to battle your way through.

They've got this "rolling health" thing that keeps you on edge, and a "sanity" meter that, well, let's just say things get interesting when it gets low. But my favorite is the "cycling" mechanic. It lets you draw new cards strategically, which is super satisfying when you pull off a killer combo. And the humor? Top-notch. It's a real satire of the game industry, and it's packed with jokes that anyone who's ever worked in a creative field will appreciate.

It's got engaging gameplay, innovative mechanics, and a ton of replay value. Sure, it can be tough at times, and yeah, there's a bit of luck involved. But if you're a fan of the genre, or if you're just looking for a funny and challenging game, I highly recommend checking this one out.

Its... Good but samey.Playing is fun! i like the limited deck size a lot. It has its own charm and the jokes feel made for internet addicts from 2016-2020. But it's a slay the spire clone through and through. Which in this case is good! But also feels like ive played the game 100x already. it doesnt add enough to make itself different from it either. Thats where the review ends. If you are a StS addict and still want more this could be a game for you.

Bought it because everyone was saying EARTHBOUND. Pretty rad game, pretty sure the magic effects are straight out of Earthbound...

...but i am even more sure the first battle sequence music is right out of Dunhero.
