I don't want to hijack this scenario based discussion with repaint stuff, but yes, I don't see any problem in doing a MN M7A. It make take a little time as I have others to finish first.
Springer, did you get my reply back? Steam has been acting kinda weird...
I didn't "trash" the passenger view. As explained in the readme , it is aliased to the "A" pantograph cars and that is probably not changeable as it may be in the scripting. I'm not sure, I haven't had time to check it out yet. I feel that the third rail non panto M7, M7A and M9 look better without pantos , so I use only "B " non panto cars in my consists. If you must have a passenger view, you can always include an A car in the consist, but I don't think it looks very good. That being the case, I didn't bother repainting the interior, which would have been fairly simple.
I had the above linked info and so I had started to look at destinations and those I will possibly include ( electric terminals ) would be Long Island City, Jamaica, Rokonkoma, Babylon, Atlantic Terminal,East Williston, West Hempsted, Far Rockaway, Port Washington, Huntington, Hempstead, Long Beach and for the Metro North M7A Wassaic,Croton-Harmon, Yonkers. I am not local so I'd welcome a local to give guidance.
I don't like the red "led" type letters on the M8, but haven't figured how to change these yet ( the red colour that is ).
The above will take time for the M7,M9 and M7A. I have finished the textures for the Metro North M7A, but packaging it will take time. I have more or less finished the textures for the LIRR reskins of the NJCL Multi Levels ( ditto on packaging ) . I have also started to re-texture the P32 in LIRR "lookalike" livery.
I have done a custom "LIRR " interior ( blue leather, turquoise trim, beige carpet ). However I cannot make the "B " units see the passenger view, so if you require a passenger view in a scenario, then you will have to include at least 1 "A" pantograph car ( "T" prefix makes it always lowered) in your consist .
