Yeah im not even sure if its worth it considering you can do this in TSW soon.
Plus, nobody seems to care - only one person reported if my previous LIRR scenario works.
I'll probably just scrap this scenario in favor of stuff that you can't do in TSW like NY&A, LIRR MoW, and LIRR Diesel/Dual-Mode stuff
