Bit of a suggestion?
I kinda commented this on the main comments section but figured I should elaborate here.

I think Time Stop should be a toggle tech. Stops time but drains energy until you toggle it off or run out. That'd make it a lot more viable, it would also feel much better getting to stop time longer and longer as you got better equipment and more energy became available to you.

Time rewind is fine as is and I don't know how good it would be as a toggle or how that would even work but I think at the very least maybe making the rewind last a bit longer would help. I just don't have an incentive to use it as is.

Just adding my two cents. This is strictly my opinion on the matter, I really like the mod as is though~

I third this.
In JoJo, Timestop is based on the stamina of the user. The more used to timestop you are, the longer you can be in it. And, logically, those with greater stamina than others will be able to push their boundaries.

For players with massive pools of energy, they would most definitely last more than just three seconds in stopped time.

The funny thing is that I thought that was how it worked, since that's usually how time-stopping powers work in most works.
Make the time stop constant for as long as your energy lasts.
