Is research too slow or did I not allocate well?

Cannot research

I play 9.18 version with this mod only.I can't tinker or use cookbook or metallurgist.Instead of the normal menu, it shows a regular workshop menu that has nothing available to craft.

Hey, that is because this mod requires you to use the indev branch. This mod has functions that have been added after 9.18 so it is not compatible with that version.
