Note on crafting requirements
The 55% reduction to crafting requirements per quality tier results in a construction/repair saving of 5% per tier compared to the previous tier. Costs will still increase slightly within the tier. The premise behind this rework is to mimic technology today. As a tool is refined, it becomes better but is more costly. Once a break through happens (a quality tier) there is a decrease in cost.

Currently this may be a little too powerful of a change until I rework each individual item's scaling with quality rating, so bear with me. Fortunately better quality stuff is still very rare. If you happen to be running multiple mods and do not like this change, you can always make PogLoot a secondary mod so it cannot change the quality definitions which change resource cost scaling.

If I add this mod as First will it disable any existing things or does that only occur if you use your INI changes?

Pogloot can be added and removed freely. If it is loaded as the main mod it will replace all supply drops and globally change resource costs. If it is loaded as a secondary mod it will still replace all supply drops but the resource costs will be default (or whatever the main mod specifies). Mods will not change what is in your ini and as far as I understand the server's ini has priority over anything the mod specifies. If you ban/allow an engram in the ini you should see that engram banned or allowed as the ini specifies.

Thank you I play mostly solo and some of the supply drops are... annoying.
