Nice idea I like it. I'm pretty much focusing on what I'm working on in the moment. I'm doing English and French cultures, which will have a specific dynamic that will differ from the Celtic one. Much of the culture stuff will be closely related to the Angevin Union.

German:

Frankish break-off in Northern France. Goth break-off in southern Poland/northern Hungary. Teuton break-off in where the Teutonic order was historically. Geatish break-off in Southern Scandinavia. Germany will be divided like it is in EU4 Common Sense.

Pomerania was Germanic early on, then Slavic tribes entered Poland and eastern Germany after the Huns pushed back the Germans. The Germans started resettling those lands (Pomerania, Danzing, East Prussia) during the Holy Roman Empire and the Teutonic Order.
