BUG: Stuck on loading screen.(entering into grand campaign)

I am unable to play the grand campaign. When i try to enter the loading screen never goes away. I am able to click on things but i cannot see anything because the loading screen is not going away. The loading bar is at 99%. Any solutions?

if you mean what mods i am playing w/ its only base dei but even w/o dei am unable to enter into grand campaign.

I have this exact same issue with just DEI enabled. If DEI is disabled I can load vanilla just fine. Any solution?
