The error occurs because it tries to spawn a monster that doesn't exist. This monster is derived from the "Supper's Combat Overhaul" mod, so just add it and you can use all MONSTER SPAWNER ALL objects, okay?

I didn't add the requirement for this mod because I know it has bugs and hasn't been updated in a long time, so it's up to the player to add it.
