Details on changes.
I updated change notes often so details can get lost. I decided to put the information in easy-to-access place via discussions here.

-Shield Generators-
They should feel powerful.
  1. Reduced their cooldown interval for shield regeneration
  2. Buffed the regeneration rate.
  3. Buffed radius range.
  4. Increased upkeep energy a bit. (60->100;120->250;320->500)
  5. Increased resources required to build.

-Energy Walls/Gate-
Should be nearly indestructible.
  1. Buffed their regeneration rate.
  2. Buffed their HP.
  3. Buffed their reflects.
  4. Added energy upkeep costs (Only affects lvl 3)

-Cryo Stations-
  1. Massively expanded the radius.
  2. Made sure the visual radius expanded too.

-AI Cores-
  1. Buffed their AI numbers.
  2. Increased resources required to build a little.
  3. Upped the energy upkeep tiny bit.

-Armory-
(Impacts research_tree.rt file)
**Watch out for your resource upkeep costs. They'll break your banks soon enough! Especially lvl 5!!!!**
  1. I adjusted the building limits per tier. Subject to changes
  2. Increased resources required to build
  3. Increased upkeep costs

-Communication Hubs/Alien Labs-
  1. Doubled their requirements to build.
  2. Upped energy upkeep a little.
  3. Their research speeds are multiplied by x10.

As for resource/energy production buildings. Their requirements will be upped and nothing else.

-Megastructure changes-
  1. Nanobot Centers have their AI counts buffed.
  2. Quantum Cortex Laboratories have their speeds buffed.

-Bioresource Synthesizers-
It's a powerful building so it is expensive to maintain.
  1. Expensive to build.
  2. Extensive researches required (Tazanite, Hazenite, Rhodonite, and Ferdonite Handling Technologies)
  3. Expensive upkeep

Weapon changes
Only weapons affected will be listed and extreme-level only
  1. Minigun
  2. Grenade Launcher
  3. Laser
  4. Railgun
  5. Mortar
  6. Corrosive Gun
  7. Lightning Gun


*Hint hint: shield generators/energy walls/energy pylons on remote mining sites = unstoppable mining operation*
