It's because you already have player data that was created with mods from new game and then from there on, the game don't update that from external sources like mods. I cannot force game to check and update. :/

Try to run this mod without any other mods running. I am not going to bother looking for something that other mods may cause a conflict.

thanks for the fix!
but weapon slot still buged for me
its ui outline is highligtened
when i click it it shows a blaster pic and (common_text_line) in weapon slot
shows ((bind)tooltip_content) in mod slot
its very strange because yesterday its working fine and today when i open a new save it buged

I'm working on that. Might have a fix coming soon. I'm trying to get to the point where I can test lvl 2-3 liquid decompressor issues as reported earlier.

the slot addition is working for the upgrades but the 4 extra weapon slots arnt showing up

i uninstalled the original 28 slot mod so it should just be yours now giving all those slots

yes compressor seems fine(i didnt look the exact value but is surely enough)
only decompressor lvl 2and3 buged
decompressor lvl 1 is fine too

liquid decompression building lvl 2~3 buged
in tech tree its description is fine
but in actual use its value is like origin game
have to use lvl 1 at the moment

Yeah. Haven't touch weapons since the first update. Let's see if I can get back to it.

feedback on weapons

i dont use the grenade launcher so cant comment on that -

minigun is basicly a wall of bullets now with 2 and mods to just increase even more bullets start lagging lol -

laser is my main weapon across most of my games and having a "built in" homing is nice and fun to watch as the lasers dance to a new target -

nuclear missile is slow but the bouncing makes it interesting -

corrosive gun is nearly as destructive as the minigun with the right mods -


if you edit any more the lightning gun would be my suggestion

i fixed the loot collector it was another mod overwriting it with an unmodified but loaded file

while fixing that i ran into an error of the bioresource synthesizer level 2 and 3 having a build menu icon as errors fixed it by going into said files and changing menu_icon to not have _lvl at the end of the name and they load fine now

It's your issue. Works fine for me on my end. You probably have other mods running that interferes with my files.

not sure if its something on my end but the loot collector wasnt increased when the change log says "Loot Collectors Drones/Range Increase. I increased upkeep cost."

i still have the base game 200 upkeep 55m range 1 drone and i even unsubbed resubbed to make sure i have the latest version

Ahh, you meant you leveled armory to lvl 5 and realized that you had no rare mining? Well, it sounds like a you problem. You can downgrade them. Low levels are plenty powerful either way.

im not asking to change that it has the rare resources as upkeeps thats fine

just meant add the 2 rare resources to the requirement to upgrade to tier 5 .. just asking that cause i got the armory and other upgrades before i went to my 2nd location and ended up with no ammo crafting until i noticed what was happening

my play style is weird i stay in 1 map until i either scanned all underground stuff or research alot of things then i start my next outpost to advance the game

@yesto. It looks fine and balanced to me. lvl 5 armory needs two rare element minings (lvl3) to keep up with it and it already produces insane rate of ammo production. I have to dismiss your feedback. You could always make more outposts. (That's actually a good thought. Gonna implement it in next update.)

since the level 5 armory needs rare resources for upkeep can you make the upgrade from 4 to 5 need said resources so we dont have to rebuild the armories after noticing they stopped working

can you increase the range of the loot collector tower? its always strange having to shove it right on the wall and lose some turret space

can you include reduced consumption of mines to resource gen buildings (like 1 for lvl1, half for lvl 2 and 1/4th for lvl 3). I was making some changes for exponential res similar to your and few other changes. But yours seem more comprehensive than mine :). I just prefer if higher lvl mines can last longer

This is mainly my personal mod, but I'm open to suggestions for fun if you got something interesting. :)
