Only solution which i found is to use dev mode option: Destroy map.

The game itself think that colony on sky island is "CARAVAN" somehow.

Having the same problem here. Destroy map removes the settlement, but the icon for it remains. Starting to get a cluttered map. Awesome mod though <3
