there guns are in the groud
for some reason characters like heavy's guns are in the ground or don't exist and i don't know why

You have a TF2 Weapon Pack that's causing the issue. The mod replaces Team Fortress 2's model files to make the animations match the players. This breaks the animation in the TF2 models, which breaks the bots, causing the guns to be at their feet.
