Can you give yourself a team?
I want to not be able to kill RED and have BLU be kill on sight. Can I do this?
If not, consider adding it.

If you to go either utilities or options in the spawnmenu, you can go down to the TF2 bots tab and select the settings or config. Then go to the bottom and you can select what you want to be hostile , nutral, or friendly. (You have accsess to make you any of these)
