After placing the tacks in round 2 (2 cities + 3 towns - all hex) i cant toggle the tacks anymore.
would be no problem if it was toggled off but now i have to delete them again if that hapopens.

Hotkey and checking/unchecking the box doesnt work. Before the patch opening the Tack-menu helped.
