Introduction
Since Civ7 doesn't have map tack support, this mod adds the capability of placing map tacks. And similar to Detailed Map Tacks mod in Civ6, this mod will try to calculate the potential yields of the map tack represented constructibles.

Simply place map tacks on your map and the yields from them will show up automatically.

Features
  1. Show map tack's potential yields from itself and adjacency bonuses.
  2. Preview the yields in a range when placing map tacks so you can find the best position.
  3. Indicate if the map tack represented building or wonder can be placed at the given position.
  4. Add hotkeys for open map tack selection panel and showing/hiding map tacks. Keys can be configured through "Options -> Keyboard + Mouse".
  5. Auto delete the map tack if the represented building or wonder or improvement is added to the given plot.

Limitations
  1. Map tacks cannot be preserved across ages. Current map tacks will only be available during the current age and will be all removed during age transition. I'll need Firaxis to provide a more stable API to store values across ages.

is there any chance we can download the old version of this mod? Im having trouble to run 1.2.4 with my mods as some of them havent been updated and the one on civfanatics is not working with 1.2.3....

It's not working for me. I can see the button above the mini-map but when I hover nothing happens. Literally unplayable without it :(

Hi I as hoping to give some feedback on the mod. I love it and it's a must have for me, otherwise i end up messing up my district placement. This may be a niche scenario or it only happens to me because I have MS but i was hoping we could maybe add a big red X or something to mark tiles that you want to completely ignore or to mark as a district that will already be full of something you can't remove.

I love the addon, there's one feature I miss though that we had in Civ 6. Make them visible to allies? That would be sick.

Is there a “how to play with map tacks” tips and tricks thread or video somewhere? I tried to get into them in Civ VI but they never stuck for me. So many people love them - I would like to try again, maybe with some suggestions for how to approach them usefully?

"Toggle Map Tacks" not working for me. (and i want to also say thanks for updating so quickly. This is an essential mod IMO - don't wanna play w/o it!

After the August update it does not work anymore. It needs an update.
