Report a translation problem
Even mods with dozens of comments don't get many balance suggestions or design concerns. Technically that's a good sign because it implies the mod is in a satisfactory state.
Of course it could also mean that the community at large is less concerned with these topics nowadays. This might be why one recent comment suggested having a few cards that feature Sonic's friends - ergo more interested in flavor rather than balance.
That sort of stuff is entirely up to you though because you're the mod author.
You could explicitly ask for balance feedback on the Subreddit. I'm not sure how the staff will react to content that's arguably copyrighted (even though this project of yours should fall within the boundaries of non-profit and fair use, like that one mod with the Portal robots) but you might get luckier over there.

I might ask around.
On another note, I'm looking at reworking Acceleration, the `draw one less card next turn, get 1 Focus.` or just removing it all together.
