Generator stops powering base when unloading.

I use the March Ridge bunker as a base, and I have set up a security terminal inside the place. But when I walk out, unload the chunks of the base, then load them back in, come rooms (or even the whole base) are unpowered. I have to turn off and on the generator to fix this.

No error shows at any point...

I've downloaded the mod recently and just found this glitch. It sucks. Almost lost all my food too.
