Hi, Hoshino quest 1 and 2 appears in Cold Cavern, Trinity Quest 1 and 2 is same place but with 5% difficulty or above, Trinity Quest 3 starts at Europan Ridge.

So that's it. When I added this mod, I was already in the fourth area. No wonder I haven't triggered any tasks or events

haha, their spawns are set in early areas, you won't be seeing them in end game areas.
