I was testing it out, and by using this mod with the mod I linked above (just the default 2.0 settings), it removes almost all of the useless books in the game (they still spawn but very rarely). Magazine spawns are also good, I was able to find almost all of the skill books in the rosewood library alone (with 4.0 literature multiplier in the sandbox loot settings)
