Wrong number of bandits spawning
Hi all! Experiencing an unusual problem with Bandits. I've had it on my multiplayer server for a few months now, and have been altering the settings as we've gone to gradually scale up the number of bandits.

Initially, I kept the numbers a 1-2 bandits per spawn. Now that my players are more experienced, I've tapped up the spawn size back to its vanilla levels. However, I've since noticed that groups of 2 continue to spawn despite increasing the numbers. To test, I used Bandit Editor to increase the minimum size of all clans to at least three, but they continue to spawn as 2.

I then changed the global spawn number for bandits from the default 1.0 up to 1.5, hoping to see if it would spawn more bandits. However, that seemed to disable bandit spawns altogether.

Has anyone encountered something similar or has insight into what might be going on under the hood?
