great mod. needs work
good mod but oof the NPC behavior is beyond schizo. i get that the outbreak is happening but im getting rando cops, as a cop myself, getting agro'd on me during fights with bandits or even just being near a cop fighting a bandit.
sometimes i get a random cop turning red inside the police station and starts killing other cops and people randomly with the other npc cops not doing anything and even agroing onto me when i shoot back.

also, npc civilians that are overly aggressive and chase the player well beyond their home radius and attacking the player in-front of cops dont get flagged as bandits or criminals and if player responds, player gets flagged and aggro'd by npc cops.

the amount of npc spawn on the road is WAY to high and is causing serious degradation problems within the game.

NPC spawns are not distributing correctly when X number of NPC exceeds certain thresholds and/or simply not evenly distributing npc's in spawn locations. causing npc spawn bombs in closest, back rooms etc.

No way for player to properly de-escalate situations using built in emote system. That would be a nice touch for accidental trespassing and would help save people from NPC's going berserk and perma attacking the player when they bug out.

NPC's including soldiers state when asked "can i enter?" and answer "yes, you are very welcome here" then immediately agro towards the player which can be near instantly fatal when in military presence.

needs better zoning or even use of zones for npc interactions and such to prevent soldiers and police form instantly attacking the player for minor infractions and allow for time to de-escalate using text or emote.

driving is already not great in this game and in week one, its something you will be doing a lot of. spawn less npc in the roads please. as stated above, the excess npc spawns are causing issues along with making driving even less appealing. QoL issue

bandits spawn in the jail cells with full gear, guns etc and the cops begin to go nuts and break the doors down to get to them and then loot their gear. thats a problem because if the player is even in the same room. random cops will switch to attacking the player for some reason after the bandit is killed. its like it switches targets but is still in attack mode and it doesnt shut off.
this is as a cop, earning money in the station.

great mod and it got me playing this game for anything longer than 10 minutes. needs work though :)
