Meter moves are fun and all, but if you need to throw hands to gain a resource and can’t throw hands there isn’t much you can do
Might feel a bit different in actual combat, but seeing how hard it was for me to get in to fight the other player when I could set up as optimal conditions as possible I ain’t counting on it lol
A possible fix to this is to maybe increase Inumaki's meter gain on his non CT moves. Another, more source material friendly way I think you can fix this is to let Inumaki use all his cursed speach moves, but with self damage as a consequence for not waiting for meter, maybe even a throat medicine move that's like a mini hustle that gives alot of meter?
